This qualification reflects the role of individuals who use a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks using practical skills and basic industry knowledge. They work under direct supervision.
This qualification is suitable for VET in Schools (VETiS) delivery and for an Australian Apprenticeship pathway.
Students experiencing financial hardship are able to apply to pay by instalments or for a fee exemption that will be assessed on an individual basis. Please contact the office for more information.
Please note there may be an additional resource fee of $150.00 which will cover workshop materials and essential uniforms for this course.

Four weeks, face-to-face delivery that includes a combination of theory and practical skills. Three weeks of work placement with relevant industries who provide third party observation.
