PRIMARY HEALTH CARE EDUCATOR

Job Summary:
Open for Fixed-term Contract or Full-time
We’re looking for a Primary Health Care Educator to deliver engaging, practical training and assessment to students completing qualifications within Primary Health Care.
This role is perfect for an experienced nurse or primary health professional ready to transition into education. If you love mentoring others and sharing your clinical knowledge, we’ll support you to grow as a trainer.
About the Role:
You will plan, deliver and assess vocational training aligned with the Health Training Package, while supporting students in a culturally safe and supportive learning environment. You’ll also contribute to compliance, quality improvement, and student success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and assess training in line with VET and RTO standards.
- Develop session plans, learning resources and assessment tools.
- Ensure fair, consistent, competency-based assessment of students.
- Maintain accurate attendance, assessment and progress records.
- Support students with diverse learning needs and provide guidance/referrals.
- Facilitate and coordinate work placements where required.
- Participate in validation, moderation, audits and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to team collaboration, meetings and community/industry engagement.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Primary Health Care, Nursing, or related health discipline.
- Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in Primary Health Care or community health.
- Strong cultural capability and understanding of Aboriginal health contexts.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Digital literacy (Microsoft Office & student systems).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) OR willingness to obtain during employment (supported by MMT).
- Experience in vocational education or workplace training (desirable).
Other Requirements:
- Working with Children Check.
- National Police Clearance.
- WA Driver’s Licence (C Class).
- Current First Aid.

LLND EDUCATOR

Job Summary:
Open for Fixed-term Contract (12 months)
Marr Mooditj Training is seeking an experienced LLND Educator (someone who specializes in Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Education) to deliver engaging, culturally responsive training and LLND support to students. This role is ideal for an educator passionate about empowering students, building foundational skills, and supporting successful learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging CAV and LLND training using adult-learning principles.
- Conduct LLND assessments and provide one-on-one support.
- Mark assessments, maintain compliant documentation and ensure RTO standards are met.
- Adapt learning materials to suit diverse LLND levels and student needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in delivering LLND, Foundation Skills or vocational education.
- Strong understanding of LLND frameworks and adult-learning methods.
- Ability to work respectfully with students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and cultural awareness skills.
- Strong record-keeping and assessment documentation capability.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent compliant upgrade).
- Relevant vocational qualification in Community Services, Education Support or similar.
- WWCC, National Police Clearance, and right to work.
- First Aid Certificate (desired).
- Experience in an RTO environment (highly regarded).

Job Summary:
Open for Fixed-term Contract or Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator to deliver and assess high-quality training within our Diploma of Nursing program. You will support student learning, supervise clinical placements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of curriculum and delivery practices, ensuring compliance with Standards for Practice, Accreditation Standards, and RTO regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, deliver, and assess Units of Competency in the Diploma of Nursing.
- Apply competency-based training and assessment in line with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate student records in the Student Management System.
- Supervise and assess nursing students during clinical placements.
- Prepare students with the necessary skills prior to clinical placement.
- Support students needing additional assistance and refer to appropriate services.
- Participate in program reviews, assessment validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to staff collaboration, strategic initiatives, and industry engagement.
Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing (or higher) with a minimum of 5 years recent clinical experience.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or latest equivalent).
- Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, WA Driver’s License (C Class), and current First Aid Certification.
- Demonstrated vocational and training/assessment currency.
Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice.
- Ability to develop and deliver vocational educator.
- Strong communication, facilitation, mentoring, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Student Management Systems.
